How do I track my delivery?Updated 8 months ago

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a unique tracking code and tracking link. This will be found in a shipment confirmation email sent to you. 

You can view your Order Status page to find your tracking progress. 

Alternatively, you can copy and paste your unique tracking code and click 'Track' on the Order Tracking Page. 

Please note that our delivery couriers may need some time to update your live order status page so please do not panic if the order status shows as 'in warehouse'. If you have any other questions about your order status, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
